The house rules apply to everyone who stays on the territory of P\u00f5llulille Talu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Respect for place, nature and others<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Protect nature. Breaking, littering, and damaging the natural environment are not permitted on the territory of P\u00f5llulille Talu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Behave in a way that makes others feel comfortable. It is forbidden to disturb other guests, residents of the area, or animals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • In case of rude or aggressive behavior, P\u00f5llulille Talu has the right to refuse service and\/or accommodation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    \u200b\u200bAlcohol and common sense<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • If someone's condition or behavior endangers other persons, premises, or general peace on the territory of P\u00f5llulille Talu, P\u00f5llulille Talu employees have the right to intervene and require the guest to leave.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Privacy and recording<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • The territory has video surveillance (outdoor cameras).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Taking photographs and recording of other guests or P\u00f5llulille Talu employees without their express consent is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Drone flying is only permitted with prior permission. If you wish to use your own drone, please let us know before your arrival.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        \u200b\u200bSafety and fire safety<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • Fires may only be made in designated areas. If necessary, ask the local P\u00f5llulille Talu staff for information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Sauna<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • The sauna is heated by an employee of P\u00f5llulille Talu. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use the sauna.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • It is prohibited to use tools and substances that lubricate the interior surface in the sauna.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            \u200b\u200bAccommodation and stay at P\u00f5llulille Talu<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n
            • People under the age of 18 have the right to stay at P\u00f5llulille Talu only when accompanied by an adult.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • The adult accompanying the child is responsible for the safety of the child and any damage caused by the child.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Only the previously agreed number of guests may stay in the guesthouse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Standard arrival time is from 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Earlier arrival and later departure are by arrangement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • P\u00f5llulille Talu has the right to refuse accommodation if:\n
                \n
              • the guest is heavily intoxicated with alcohol or drugs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • the guest is wanted,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • the guest has previously committed illegal acts at another accommodation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • the guest has damaged or may damage the reputation and\/or property of P\u00f5llulille Talu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Smoking and open flames indoors<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  \n
                • Smoking indoors is prohibited. Violation will result in a fine of \u20ac1,000.
                  The use of candles and incense is prohibited inside the P\u00f5llulille Talu. In the event of damage (including odor damage), P\u00f5llulille Talu has the right to file a claim against the guest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  \u200b\u200bPets<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    \n
                  • Unfortunately, pets must stay at home.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    Property, inventory and damages<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      \n
                    • The inventory of P\u00f5llulille Talu (including equipment provided by P\u00f5llulille Talu) may not be removed from the territory of P\u00f5llulille Talu. It is also not permitted to use the inventory in a way that is contrary to its purpose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • It is not permitted to remove furniture from the interior of the farm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • In the event of damage, destruction or loss of inventory, the guest will reimburse the costs related to repairing the inventory and\/or 100% of the purchase price of the item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      \u200b\u200bResponsibility for valuables<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      • P\u00f5llulille Talu is not responsible for the loss, destruction or damage of money or valuables brought by the guest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                        \u200b\u200bInvoices and disputes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          \n
                        • The reservation and additional services are confirmed by a timely paid prepayment invoice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Additional services requested on site can be paid for by transfer or in cash.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                          \u200b\u200bBreach of rules<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          • If the house rules are violated, P\u00f5llulille Talu has the right to ask the guest to leave the territory and demand compensation for all damage caused.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
