The house rules apply to everyone who stays on the territory of Põllulille Talu.

Respect for place, nature and others

• Protect nature. Breaking, littering, and damaging the natural environment are not permitted on the territory of Põllulille Talu.
• Behave in a way that makes others feel comfortable. It is forbidden to disturb other guests, residents of the area, or animals.
• In case of rude or aggressive behavior, Põllulille Talu has the right to refuse service and/or accommodation.

​​Alcohol and common sense

• If someone's condition or behavior endangers other persons, premises, or general peace on the territory of Põllulille Talu, Põllulille Talu employees have the right to intervene and require the guest to leave.

Privacy and recording

• The territory has video surveillance (outdoor cameras).
• Taking photographs and recording of other guests or Põllulille Talu employees without their express consent is prohibited.
• Drone flying is only permitted with prior permission. If you wish to use your own drone, please let us know before your arrival.

​​Safety and fire safety

• Fires may only be made in designated areas. If necessary, ask the local Põllulille Talu staff for information.

Sauna

• The sauna is heated by an employee of Põllulille Talu. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use the sauna.
• It is prohibited to use tools and substances that lubricate the interior surface in the sauna.

​​Accommodation and stay at Põllulille Talu

• People under the age of 18 have the right to stay at Põllulille Talu only when accompanied by an adult.
• The adult accompanying the child is responsible for the safety of the child and any damage caused by the child.
• Only the previously agreed number of guests may stay in the guesthouse.
• Standard arrival time is from 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Earlier arrival and later departure are by arrangement.
• Põllulille Talu has the right to refuse accommodation if:
  • the guest is heavily intoxicated with alcohol or drugs,
  • the guest is wanted,
  • the guest has previously committed illegal acts at another accommodation,
  • the guest has damaged or may damage the reputation and/or property of Põllulille Talu.

Smoking and open flames indoors

• Smoking indoors is prohibited. Violation will result in a fine of €1,000.
  The use of candles and incense is prohibited inside the Põllulille Talu. In the event of damage (including odor damage), Põllulille Talu has the right to file a claim against the guest.

​​Pets

• Unfortunately, pets must stay at home.

Property, inventory and damages

• The inventory of Põllulille Talu (including equipment provided by Põllulille Talu) may not be removed from the territory of Põllulille Talu. It is also not permitted to use the inventory in a way that is contrary to its purpose.
• It is not permitted to remove furniture from the interior of the farm.
• In the event of damage, destruction or loss of inventory, the guest will reimburse the costs related to repairing the inventory and/or 100% of the purchase price of the item.

​​Responsibility for valuables

• Põllulille Talu is not responsible for the loss, destruction or damage of money or valuables brought by the guest.

​​Invoices and disputes

• The reservation and additional services are confirmed by a timely paid prepayment invoice.
• Additional services requested on site can be paid for by transfer or in cash.

​​Breach of rules

• If the house rules are violated, Põllulille Talu has the right to ask the guest to leave the territory and demand compensation for all damage caused.
